SWAAAE's 2025 Summer Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach. All attendees receive a special room rate starting at $249 per night, plus tax, plus a discounted $10 resort fee per room, per night. The deadline to receive the discounted conference room rate is Friday, June 27, 2025 (reservations are available first come, first served). All reservations made after this date will be subject to availability and may not be at the conference rate.

Cancellation Policy
Please note hotel reservations are subject to a cancellation policy of 48-hours. Attendees who notify the hotel within the cancelation window or do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be charged one night's room rate plus tax.
