Description
The County of Ventura, Department of Airports (County) is issuing a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to solicit proposals for the development and lease of an approximate 11-acre site east of Ventura Rd. and north of 5th Street in the City of Oxnard, located within the boundaries of the Oxnard Airport approach and departure runway protection zones (“RPZ”).
The desired development proposal will meet the criteria for the FAA restrictions on types of uses and those limitations (including, but not limited to height, noise, transmission frequencies, lighting and no human occupancy) See FAA AC 150/5190-4B. (Exhibit 2).

Description
The County of San Luis Obispo, on behalf of the Airport, is soliciting proposals from qualified automobile rental car operators to provide rental car services at the Airport.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select up to four (4) experienced, financially sound, and customer-focused rental car operators to offer reliable, efficient, and high-quality rental car services to Airport passengers and the general public. These services are intended to support the Airport’s transportation needs, enhance the overall customer experience, and ensure operations are conducted in a safe, efficient, and professional manner consistent with Airport, County, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The scope of services is expected to include, but is not limited to:
• Provision of on-airport rental car services for arriving and departing passengers.
• Management, maintenance, and operation of rental car facilities, vehicles, and related equipment in accordance with Airport standards.
• Staffing and customer service operations during approved hours of operation.
• Compliance with all applicable Airport rules and regulations, lease terms, insurance requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Coordination with Airport staff to ensure safe and efficient operations.
