SWAAAE's 2026 Summer Conference will be held at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa. Attendees are eligible to receive a special room rate starting at $199 per night, plus tax, and a discounted $10 resort fee per room, per night.
The deadline to receive the discounted conference room rate is Friday, June 26, 2026 (reservations are available first come, first served). All reservations made after this date will be subject to availability and may not be at the conference rate.
Guest rooms for the conference continue to book quickly. We are actively working with the hotel to add additional inventory as it becomes available. The discounted $10 resort fee per night includes wireless internet, use of spa fitness center, access to instructional led fitness classes for two, daily use of The Greens - mini 18-hole putting course for four, daily one-hour golf driving range access for two (includes range balls and clubs), one-hour daily tennis hard court and pickleball court plus racquet rental for two, daily two-hour bicycle rental for two, and daily resort family fish feeding activity. Cancellation Policy
Please note hotel reservations are subject to a cancellation policy of 48-hours. Attendees who notify the hotel within the cancelation window or do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be charged one night's room rate plus tax.
